So Milestone invested in a small factory focus on the production of concrete sinks. Our concrete sink factory locates in the famous ceramic city: Chaozhou, Guangdong Province. It covers an area about 1000 square meter with monthly capacity of 1500 standard sinks. The sink range mainly includes various bathroom vessel sink, countertop furniture sink.

The factory is small but well organized. There are raw material storage area, mold manufacturing area, sink production area, product display area, finished product storage area, etc. Each process is carried out in an orderly manner.

Concrete sink is made of sand, gravel, and concrete adhesive, precast by mold. The precision of the mold determine the integrity of a concrete sink. Sinks shaped by precision mold will not deformed, not warped. By building various shapes of mold and controlling the color of concrete to create much new possibilities. Simply apply water-proof & stain proof sealant, we can always keep the natural looking of raw concrete.
Concrete sink surface could also be protected by environmental-friendly inorganic nano coating, it’s safe and healthy for daily use. With nano coating on the surface, concrete sink has a smooth touch. Milestone now offer “Glossy White” & “Glossy Black” options for the smooth coating finish (see last 4 pictures). More and more possibilities are under developing.
Regular Concrete is brittle material for a sink, while we use the GFRC, so it has strong impact resistance, compressive strength to make sure no cracking with alternate using cold and hot water.
Concrete sink always has some small breath holes on the back, it’s normal, not a product defect. And colorful concrete sink sometimes has a little color tolerance, it should be accepted.
Check Our Package:
It’s easily for concrete sinks to imprint any packing material made of cardboard. So each of our concrete sink will be wrapped by plastic bag first, then sit into a carton box protected by soft foam board from 6 sides. Finally 20 cartons will be packed into a sea-worthy pallet for convenient loading and unloading.
